Passions of Buring Love

Some say that the passion of love fades with time
That age and time cause love's embers to dim
But for me such thoughts seem quite sad and grim
For the love I have for you rages nearly out of control
Like a raging fire that burns in both my heart and soul
Just like it burned in our younger courting years
And for me nothing at all has ever changed
Everyday finding my thoughts and self
Totally consumed in an eternal passion
