Memories

I'm caught in a wave of memories
As I contemplate my life
And another year soon to be completed
Another year older
And hopefully wiser
Although that is debatable
Though I have no real regrets
At least nothing I fret over
And even if I did
Who would care?
And so it is in life
With our memories . . .
