Friends and Family Lost in Time

 Thinking of family

Remembering friends

All lost in time

Often without rhyme

Often without reason

Time passing by 

From season to season

Leaving to wonder

Where did they go

And what about time

Where did it go

Comings and goings

Births and deaths

People just moving

Causing happy thoughts

Along with grief

And frequent tears

Along with some fears

As time continues on

And on and on and on

With me thinking

And remembering

Friends and family

Many of them

Lost in time
