Pondering My Self-Worth

Sometimes I question my self-worth

Wondering if it is of any value to press forward

Maybe I have outlasted my usefulness

At least in this mortal existence that I call life

Perhaps I might be of more value on the "other side"

So I wonder if it is just time to call it quits

Choosing a time and a place to put an end to it all

Or maybe just waiting for my life to just end

Just dropping over at some time in the future

In the meanwhile I will keep pondering my self-worth
