On Death and Taxes

Death and Taxes
Two sure things in life
With either one
Comes a measure of sadness
And accompanying strife
You can't avoid either
Try as you may
Another thing hard to avoid
Is getting old and gray
I could go on and on
And share even more gloom
But you would point to the door
Making me leave the room
So I guess I'll just shut-up
Trying not to die right away
While figuring all the taxes I need to pay.
