Feeling Really Low

Feeling low
My get up and go
Seems to be draining
My energies waning
The old get up and go
Seems nearly all gone
So what to do?
I haven't a clue?
And even if I did
There'd be no energy
To let me pursue
The old get up and go
That is going and going
And soon will be gone
Then for sure
I'll really be into feeling
And I mean really feeling
Really low
