Winter Daydreaming

Snow covering the ground
With more falling from the sky
Cold Winter winds are blowing
A great day to stay inside
A great day to be home bound
A great day to sit by the fire
Forgetting about the cold and snow
Spending the day daydreaming
Anticipating trips to the tropics
What a trips they will be
Napping on a warm beaches
Or beachcombing for sea shells
So here I am on this snowy day
Letting my mind take me away
Turning cold Winter winds
Into warm tropical breezes
While the snow continues to fall
The snow covering the ground
