 Earlier in the day

I felt like I would melt

Earlier in the day

My body had no feeling

There was nothing that I felt

My body was so tired

Way beyond most feelings

I was heading for expired

A least that is how I felt

But then I saw your smile

And then you touched my hand

Then I looked into your twinkling eyes

Followed by a feeling of peace

Feeling rejuvenated

And not so tired

Feeling your love

Making a bad day

Not nearly so bad

In fact a miracle day
