A Needed Nap and Off to Dreamland

 Tired, but not retired

I think I need a nap

I have a funny feeling

Kind of feeling like crap

I want to close the door

And shut off all the lights

Then close my eyes

For at least a little while

Just the thought of it

Well, it really makes me smile

But there is so very much to do

Yet, I feel so very tired

Too tired to even tie my shoes

So, I finally close the door

And shut off all the lights

Then I close my eyes

Beginning my so wanted nap

And . . .Off to dreamland I go
