I'm Dying from Hypochondria

Sometimes I think I'm a hypochondria
Yet, other times I think for sure that I am dying
Especially when my body talks to me
Often doing so in a very loud voice
As it interprets my various aches and pains
At which time I open the medical dictionary
Or consult my friends a wiki-pedia
Who always have all the right answers
Either assuring me that I am totally well
With nothing at all to really worry about
Or that I'm dying and only have weeks to live
And so far it looks like I'm going to live
Even though eventually I am going to die
Most likely from hypochondria . . .
