Another Birthday, another year older
Although I don't feel any different
Than I did yesterday or even last year
Unless of course I look into a mirror
Then I come to a cold realization
That I am getting older, even aging
My youth no longer is fleeting
Having "fleeted" long, long ago
Yet, in my mind I still feel twenty
Loving and wanting you more than ever
Just like when we first met . . .
So when you looked into my eyes today
And sang our special birthday song to me
I could feel you love and see it in your eyes
And when you smiled and said you love me
You stole my heart all over again
